Our Iron Cloth fabric is ballistic nylon mesh material that is incredibly durable and will not fray, rot or rip. These panniers have large boxed lids with flaps, to keep rain and snow out. All edges and seems are reinforced with heavy duty polypropylene webbing. Our TrailMax Pack Pannier Bag Hard Plastic Inserts (WPA123 Sold Separately On Amazon) fit easily into these for added protection and ease of packing.

- SUPER TOUGH BALLISTIC NYLON MESH – These bags are designed to be most durable, reinforced with heavy duty polypropylene webbing at all wear points. They are crafted from a rusty orange ballistic nylon material that is washable, incredibly durable, versatile and won’t rot or rip.
- EASILY MAINTAINED – Bags are easily washed at the end of your trip. The mesh can be hosed out or wiped clean with warm water and a mild soap. The bags should be air dried after cleaning and before storage.
- COMPATIBLE – These bags are compatible with any packsaddle and can also be used with TrailMax’s Polypac Hard Plastic Inserts from Outfitters Supply on Amazon (Part Number WPA123 ) for added pannier rigidity and ease of packing.
- LOTS OF SPACE – Each pannier measures 18″H x 24″W x 11 1/2″D | 1 1/2″ wide, with 34″ long hanging straps. Each pannier should be loaded evenly with weight distributed properly for your pack animal. Generally, the rule of thumb is that your pack animal can carry 20% of its body weight- but each animal should be looked at differently for its abilities.
